Evolve Queer Coaching Open House.jpg

Want to join the (r)evolution? This is THE TIME to be thinking about leadership coaching in the new year. I’m opening the new year by adding new folks to my coaching roster - about four spaces available and would LOVE to support you in your leadership.

I would like to personally invite you to a FREE leadership coaching open house next week (12/18-12/20). This is for leaders ready to evolve, ready to operationalize equity and justice, ready to understand that queering is about questioning the norms, and ready to unleash your genius even if it means sharing power! Is this you, then c’mon in!

What's in Store?

  • A private 30-Minute 1:1 Session: That's right! You get a whole 30 minutes of one-on-one time with me. We’ll chat about everything from “what does it mean to implement equity?” to embracing your uniquely queer leadership style. Think of this as a mini coaching session to help you get a jump start on your leadership growth in the new year.

  • An opportunity to ask your burning questions about coaching and see if we're a good fit to work together.

  • A complementary offering from my strategist's brain that connects across the boxes, so that you catalyze your own power for change!

Who Should Join?

  • Leaders ready to evolve! Who the heck is a ‘leader’ anyway? Well, you are!  Leadership coaching is useful for anyone who leads anything: an organization, a team, a project, a movement, a community group. And, leading with equity and justice as your beacons, often means learning and using new skills, questioning the norms of “the right way” or “the best way” to do things. This work is important for executives, first-time managers, community leaders, board members, arts leaders…you get the picture.

  • Queer leaders: We know who we are and what’s more, our queerness is an asset! Let’s dig into the challenges you face and also the skills you bring!

  • Curious Minds: Wondering what coaching is all about? Curious about how we'd work with your specific leadership challenges?  Want to know how to get your employer to sponsor your work with a coach? This is your perfect sneak peek. Seriously, ask me WHATEVER!

How to Join? Simply click the button below and sign up. Slots are limited, so grab your spot now! (Like...seriously, I'm only offering NINE spots!)

Queering Leadership Confidence Workshop Graphic

Being queer is pretty freakin’ awesome. We get to experience knowing and choosing ourselves, expressing ourselves consciously, and authoring our beautiful lives in ways many folks never get a chance to.

That’s true of our leadership, too – we’re uniquely positioned to embody powerful leadership qualities, like authenticity and emotional intelligence (EQ), to lead with creativity, to adapt as things change around us, and to foster radical inclusion.

And yet…

Many of us have had experiences (in life and work) that have worn on our confidence.

Ever felt:
😿 an imposter?

😿 you’ve had to choose between your authentic expression and being seen as a leader?

😿 ...skeptical of the whole endeavor of ‘leadership’ because it seems like it was made for straight, white, cisgender men? (tbh, a lot of it was.)

You’re not alone!

We work with queer leaders like you every day, and let us tell you…whatever our specific challenges are, we’re all working on growing our confidence.

Of course, as queer leaders, we’re building confidence in the context of a whole lot of other…stuff: normative ideas about what a leader looks like and how leadership operates, queer & transphobia, white supremacy culture, and more.  Effectively, we’re over here trying to get confident as leaders while riding a unicycle on a tightrope and juggling bowling pins.

Oh…and the bowling pins are on fire.

Join us for a powerful conversation about queer leadership. We'll explore what the heck confidence really is, unpack the dominant leadership norms that surround us, and explore how we can foster radical leadership confidence by queering our leadership. You'll leave with newfound inspiration, actionable insights, and a stronger sense of self-assurance in your leadership journey.

We welcome queer leaders from any level across all sectors, whether you have direct reports or not. If you lead anything, anywhere, you are a leader!
